Registration

The registration is now open and is free of charge (limited to 80 participants). Coffee and refreshment breaks, lunches on June 21 and 22 and a gala dinner on June 21 (https://www.lecafeduport.com/) will be offered.
Please note that accommodation is not included.

The workshop will be eco-responsible so there will be no goodies and participants will be invited to come with their material (notepad / notebook, pen, cup / thermos,…).

Abstract submission

Oral and poster presentations will be in English.

Oral presentations will be of 15 minutes, followed by 10 minutes of questions and/or discussion. Presentations should be in powerpoint or pdf.

Poster size should be no larger than A0 (about 90 x 120 cm), in portrait format.
